I told my mother right from the beginning that I would not would not accept a Vista. Luckily 7 had come out and in the store there were basically not computers left, except for the netbooks, that had Vista on them. 7 isn't that bad, it's just confusing. Is your Toshiba purty too? Mine has a shiny black monitor, and the rest of it is completely silver, with darker grey stripes, even the keyboard. I had too, but never had a real computer to name. Some of them did have nicknames though like <i>stupid computer</i>, <i>why are you so fucking stupid</i>, <i>stupid piece of crap</i>, <i>old clunker</i>, and <i>piece of junk</i>. It was actually browsing that NaNo forums in October that I saw pretty much everyone there had theirs named, so I decided I wanted to too. lol, what were your violins named? Yeah, I like Haruko.
